Als Functioneel Beheerder fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor de Vebego bedrijven en ben je continu bezig met het optimaliseren en verbeteren van de gebruikerservaring. Dit ga je doen Als Functioneel Beheerder acteer je op het snijvlak van Business en IT en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de Governance, optimalisatie en implementatie binnen het End-to-End proces Plan to Perform. Dit proces is o.a. gericht op een optimale planning van personeel (workforce management), taakaansturing en kwaliteitscontrole. We maken onder andere gebruik van ORTEC, SAP en een door Capacityd ontwikkelde organisatiespecifieke applicatie voor verschillende facilitaire processen. Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt tussen Vebego en de externe ontwikkelaars. Je werkt binnen een team van veertien Functioneel Beheerders en Functioneel Applicatiebeheerders, elk verantwoordelijk voor een eigen End-to-End proces. Als Functioneel Beheerder binnen het End-to-End proces Plan to Perform behoort dit ook tot jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het ondersteunen van de gebruikersorganisatie op operationeel niveau op het gebied van processen en werkinstructies met als doel om applicaties goed te laten functioneren. - Het verzamelen en vertalen van nieuwe eisen, wensen en verbeterverzoeken vanuit de gebruikersorganisatie naar externe ontwikkelaars. - Het opstellen en beheren van functionele opleidings- en gebruikersdocumentatie. - Het begeleiden van key users in de bedrijven. - Het testen, accepteren en implementeren ...
