Tilburg Functioneel Beheerder aogfUCvB9fkuS599 32 - 36 uur Vast Medior Senior Tot €5000 Korte omschrijving Als Functioneel Beheerder ben jij de schakel tussen de business en de applicaties van Hét Service Centrum (HSC). Je komt te werken in Team Applicatiebeheer, midden in de implementatie van AFAS, het nieuwe ERP-systeem dat YouForce, Exact en Inconto gaat vervangen. Omdat AFAS-kennis binnen het team nog schaars is, val jij als als functioneel beheerder met die ervaring meteen op. Je werkt vanuit Tilburg, met ruimte om hybride te werken. Functieomschrijving Je beheert, ontwikkelt door en optimaliseert de applicaties van HSC, met een sterke focus op AFAS. Op dit moment ligt de nadruk vrijwel volledig op de AFAS-implementatie; op de langere termijn verschuift dit naar een mix van AFAS en overige applicaties zoals TopDesk en Zenya. Daarnaast onderhoud je nauw contact met leveranciers en specialisten, en denk je actief mee over de inrichting van applicaties en gebruikersprocessen. - Je beheert meerdere bedrijfsvoeringapplicaties, met een sterke focus op AFAS - Je voert incident- en probleemmanagement uit - Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij diverse vraagstukken - Je stemt af met leveranciers en (interne) specialisten - Je schrijft en onderhoudt werkinstructies - Je denkt mee over de inrichting van applicaties en gebruikersprocessen - Je werkt mee aan diverse IT-projecten, waaronder de AFAS-implementatie Dit bieden wij jou Bij HSC kom je terecht in een team dat volop in ontwikkeling is, daarnaast krijg je: - Een bruto salaris tussen € 3.246,- en € 5.096,- op basis van 36 uur per week (salarisschaal 9, CAO SGO) - Een vrij besteedbaar individueel keuzebudget (IKB) van 17,05% bovenop je maandsalaris - De mogelijkheid 4x9 te werken - De mogelijkheid tot hybride werken, met als standplaats Tilburg - Volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief en persoonlijke groei - Samenwerken met betrokken en deskundige collega's Dit breng je mee Je bent na...
