Wie ben jij? - Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Je bent analytisch, leergierig en servicegericht; - Je hebt ervaring met AFAS Profit en InSite/OutSite; - Ervaring met Power BI is een pré; - Je kunt goed zelfstandig én in teamverband werken. Jouw taken: - Organiseren van testen bij nieuwe releases; - Rapporteren over applicatiegebruik en voortgang. - Beheren en optimaliseren van AFAS Profit, InSite en OutSite; - Ondersteunen van klanten en collega's bij functionele vragen; - Beheren van gebruikersrechten en autorisaties; - Analyseren van incidenten en het doen van verbetervoorstellen; - Vertalen van wijzigingen en nieuwe functionaliteiten naar heldere gebruikershandleidingen en werkinstructies. Onze hoofdlocatie bevindt zich in Apeldoorn. Een modern kantoor met koffiebar en restaurant. Daarnaast werken we hybride: thuis, op kantoor en bij klanten.
