Voor diverse opdrachtgevers in Noord-Nederland zijn wij op zoek naar een Functioneel Beheerder AFAS die organisaties helpt hun HR-, financiële en bedrijfsprocessen slimmer, efficiënter en gebruiksvriendelijker in te richten. Onze opdrachtgevers zijn actief binnen onder andere de overheid, zorg, onderwijs, zakelijke dienstverlening en industrie. Wat ga je doen als Functioneel Beheerder AFAS? Als Functioneel Beheerder AFAS zorg jij ervoor dat gebruikers optimaal kunnen werken met AFAS Profit en InSite. Je vertaalt wensen vanuit de organisatie naar slimme oplossingen en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en digitalisering. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren, configureren en optimaliseren van AFAS Profit, InSite en OutSite. - Inrichten en verbeteren van workflows, procesbeheer en autorisaties. - Ondersteunen van gebruikers en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor functionele vragen. - Inventariseren, analyseren en vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar concrete oplossingen. - Opstellen van functionele ontwerpen en wijzigingsvoorstellen. - Begeleiden van implementaties, releases en updates. - Inrichten van rapportages, dashboards en managementinformatie. - Samenwerken met HR, Finance, ICT en externe leveranciers.
