Als Functioneel Beheerder / Applicatiebeheerder HR-systemen met specialisatie OWS ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud en de optimalisatie van ons personeelsplanningssysteem. Dankzij jouw expertise kunnen planners, leidinggevenden en medewerkers vertrouwen op een stabiel, gebruiksvriendelijk en correct ingericht systeem. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan een goede personeelsplanning, betrouwbare urenregistratie en een correcte salarisverwerking. Je combineert functioneel beheer en applicatiebeheer. Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij complexe vraagstukken, analyseert processen, begeleidt wijzigingen en zorgt ervoor dat systemen blijven aansluiten bij de behoeften van de organisatie. Daarbij houd je continu oog voor kwaliteit, wet- en regelgeving, informatiebeveiliging en datakwaliteit. Je werkt nauw samen met twee collega-beheerders. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van het HR- en PSA-applicatielandschap. Hoewel jouw focus ligt op OWS, werk je waar nodig ook mee aan applicatie-overstijgende vraagstukken en verbeterinitiatieven. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen gebruikers, HR, PSA, planners, leidinggevenden, leveranciers en andere betrokken afdelingen. Je denkt mee over verbeteringen, signaleert kansen voor optimalisatie en levert vanuit jouw expertise input voor nieuwe functional...
