Als functioneel beheerder ben je de brug tussen gebruikers en I&A. Je luistert, vraagt door en kijkt mee in de praktijk om te begrijpen waar behoeften en knelpunten liggen. Zo vertaal je vragen naar oplossingen die applicaties, informatiesystemen en werkprocessen verbeteren. Daarmee draag je bij aan een veilige, efficiënte en toekomstgerichte informatievoorziening, zodat Mozaïek Wonen de huurder centraal kan blijven stellen. Wat ga je doen Als functioneel beheerder zorg jij ervoor dat onze applicaties optimaal aansluiten op de dagelijkse praktijk. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen, verstoringen en wensen rondom verschillende applicaties. Je onderzoekt waar een vraag of probleem vandaan komt en zoekt naar de beste oplossing. Soms richt je die zelf in binnen de applicatie, soms schakel je met leveranciers om wijzigingen door te voeren of nieuwe functionaliteiten te implementeren. Minstens zo belangrijk als de techniek, zijn de mensen die ermee werken. Je gaat in gesprek met collega's, kijkt mee in de praktijk en helpt hen om systemen optimaal te gebruiken. Je geeft trainingen, begeleidt collega's bij veranderingen en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe functionaliteiten goed worden toegepast. Ook neem je deel aan I&A-projecten en draag je bij aan de doorontwikkeling van applicaties. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Het behandelen en oplossen van meldingen en verstoringen binnen verschillende applicaties; - Het vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar functionele specificaties, testscripts en passende oplossingen; - Het inrichten en optimaliseren van applicaties, zoals het ERP-, CRM- en DMS; - Het afstemmen van wijzigingen met lever...
