Als verbinder weet jij je daarnaast te bewegen in de wereld van de eindgebruiker, maar ook in die van de (functioneel) beheer partner. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden (in woord, schrift en gedrag) zijn in deze erg belangrijk. Jouw functie Als functioneel beheerder richt jij je voornamelijk op de structureel te verrichten taken, die zowel voor als na de in gebruik- en in beheer name van applicaties nodig zijn. Hier treed je proactief op, zodat het gebruik van de functionaliteit en de beheersituatie van de applicatie zo voorspelbaar mogelijk is. Dit doe je in samenwerking met de business maar ook met de interne- en/of externe IT-partner(s).
