Wél bieden wij een Wet DBA-proof verloningsconstructie aan! De functie Als functioneel beheerder van het team Informatie Interne Dienstverlening ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende applicaties waaronder ons zaaksysteem Djuma en onze servicemanagement tooling Topdesk. Maar het team is ook verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van e-herkenning, iBabs, Cognos, beheer van ons intranet en Delft.nl website en vele andere kleinere applicaties die lokaal worden aangeboden of als Saas applicatie. Het team zal de komende maanden ook facilitaire applicaties in beheer gaan nemen. In het team werken 2 applicatie beheerders, die het technisch applicatiebeheer van de applicaties voor rekening nemen. Als functioneel beheerder ligt de nadruk op het vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar systemoplossingen en zorgen dat het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van applicaties en processen soepel verloopt. Daarbij ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers, proces- en applicatie eigenaren en andere stakeholders. Omdat in het team recent de nodige personele mutaties hebben plaatsgevonden speel je een belangrijke rol in het goed neerzetten van een manier van werken, waar op basis van prioriteiten duidelijke keuzes worden gemaakt welke zaken opgepakt kunnen worden en welke zaken moeten wachten.
