Functioneel Beheerder EPD - parttime/fulltime 32 - 36 uur MBO FWG 55 HST Delen × Binnen ons topklinisch ziekenhuis ben jij dé schakel tussen zorg en ICT. Je duikt in diverse projecten, brengt structuur in complexe processen en vertaalt de wensen van zorgprofessionals naar slimme oplossingen in het elektronisch patiëntendossier (EPD). In een enthousiast en deskundig team krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en impact te maken. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want jouw werk raakt veel disciplines binnen de organisatie. Zo maak jij beter nóg beter. Jij zorgt ervoor In samenwerking met zorgprofessionals, worden werkprocessen geanalyseerd, verbeterd en verder gedigitaliseerd. Praktijkvragen en knelpunten vertaal je naar slimme, toekomstgerichte IT-oplossingen die daadwerkelijk bijdragen aan betere zorg. Binnen het ziekenhuis speel je een verbindende rol tussen verschillende disciplines, waarbij je actief bijdraagt aan duurzame, procesgerichte verbeteringen. Samen met collega's in het multidisciplinaire team ondersteun je de proceseigenaren van wens tot implementatie. Als functioneel beheerder ga je elke uitdaging aan, zoals: - analyseren van zorgprocessen samen met zorgverleners en identificeren van optimalisatie- en digitaliseringskansen. - bewaken van het dagelijks beheer, deelnemen aan projecten en bijdragen aan doorontwikkeling van het elektronisch patiëntendossier (HiX). - signaleren van landelijke ontwikkelingen en beoordelen van de impact op het ziekenhuisbrede EPD-landschap. - fungeren als vraagbaak en oplossen van incidenten voor eindgebruikers.
