Wij maken voor de betaling van facturen van advies- en detacheringsbureaus gebruik van een G-rekening . Ook kan je bij ons in dienst om deze opdracht in te vullen. Je zorgt dat toegang en veiligheid gewoon goed geregeld zijn Als Functioneel Beheerder FM-systemen zorgt de professional dat het werkt. De professional is de verbindende schakel tussen Facility Management, IT, gebruikers en leveranciers. Met de ITIL-kennis, het analytisch vermogen en de proactieve houding houdt de professional processen en systemen in beweging. De professional werkt met de systemen PIAM en AEOS . PIAM ondersteunt de registratie van fysieke identiteiten en toegangsrechten binnen Enexis. AEOS ondersteunt de beveiliging en toegangsverlening. Samen zorgen deze systemen ervoor dat collega's, bezoekers en andere betrokkenen veilig toegang krijgen tot de locaties. Als Functioneel Beheerder FM-systemen is de professional hét aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse ondersteuning en ontwikkeling van de FM-systemen. De professional beheert niet alleen de systemen, maar kijkt ook voortdurend hoe processen slimmer, veiliger en efficiënter kunnen. - Beheert de FM-systemen PIAM en AEOS, samen met de leverancier; - Zorgt voor een goede inrichting en uitvoering van bezoekersmanagement; - Is key-user binnen Enexis voor Function...
