Functioneel Beheerder Sociaal Domein (32-40 uur) Gemeenten vertrouwen hun beheer aan jou toe Als functioneel beheerder ken jij de software waarmee gemeenten hun taken in het sociaal domein uitvoeren tot in de details. Achter elke melding zit een proces dat anders loopt dan bedacht, of wetgeving die net is aangepast. Daar begint jouw werk: uitzoeken waar het werkelijk misgaat, en de inrichting daarop aanpassen. Samenlevingszaken Bij Samenlevingszaken ontwikkelen wij oplossingen waarmee gemeenten hun dienstverlening in het sociaal domein slim, digitaal en toekomstbestendig kunnen organiseren. Denk aan vraagstukken in zorg, jeugd, werk en inkomen. Met onze software helpen we gemeenten om overzicht te houden en sneller te handelen, zodat inwoners de ondersteuning krijgen op de momenten die ertoe doen. Van dagelijks beheer tot procesverbetering De regels in het sociaal domein veranderen elk jaar, en elke gemeente vertaalt ze op haar eigen manier. Jij kent de inrichting van jouw gemeenten, en wat daarachter zit. In de praktijk: - Als aanspreekpunt van de gemeente beoordeel je bij elke melding of het aan de inrichting, het proces of het gebruik van de applicatie ligt; - Tabellen, documenten en werkprocessen richt je zo in dat ze aansluiten op de werkwijze van de gemeente; - Gebruikers en rollen beheer je met de zorgvuldigheid die gevoelige gegevens vragen; - Je draait de gegevensaanleveringen richting CBS, Belastingdienst, Inlichtingenbureau en SUWI, en loopt de uitwisseling ergens vast, dan zoek je uit waar het aan ligt; - Bij elke release bepaal je samen met de gemeente welke nieuwe functionaliteit zij gaan gebruiken, jij richt die in en neemt de gebruikers mee in wat er voor hen verandert; - Je maakt de overzichten die de gemeente nodig heeft, en schrijft daarvoor het SQL-script; - Terugkerende vragen en incidenten zet je om in voorstellen voor een beter proces, om die vervolgens te implementeren.
