Een collega die snel geholpen wordt bij vragen of verstoringen. Als Functioneel Beheerder Microsoft 365 ben jij de schakel tussen gebruikers, processen en technologie. Jij zorgt dat onze digitale werkplek betrouwbaar, veilig en gebruiksvriendelijk is. Met jouw kennis en proactieve houding blijven onze systemen aansluiten op de behoeften van de organisatie. Zin in? Dit wordt jouw werk Als Functioneel Beheerder Microsoft 365 ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de doorontwikkeling en het optimaal functioneren van onze Microsoft 365-omgeving. Binnen onze omgeving werken we onder andere met Teams, SharePoint, Copilot en Exchange. Je vertaalt gebruikersbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen en zorgt dat wijzigingen zorgvuldig worden doorgevoerd. Wij werken samen met onze Managed Services Provider (MSP) die onze basis dienstverlening borgt, inclusief eerstelijns ondersteuning. In jouw rol coördineer je samen met hen wijzigingen en releases, stelt functionele specificaties op en begeleidt acceptatietesten. Je houdt zicht, vanuit gebruikers- en procesperspectief, op de continuïteit en beschikbaarheid. Daarbij signaleer je proactief verbeterkansen en schakel je bij verstoringen met de MSP (die de technische opvolging verzorgt). Natuurlijk zorg je voor heldere communicatie richting gebruikers en ondersteun je collega's bij het gebruik van Microsoft 365. Ook werk je nauw samen met diverse leveranciers en interne stakeholders. Je neemt deel aan projecten en denkt mee over de verdere digitalisering van de organisatie.
