Daarbij werk je hecht samen met beleidsmakers, informatiemanagers en (senior)informatieadviseurs en hou je je bezig met het efficiënt beheren van één of meerdere informatiesystemen. Je waarborgt de continuïteit, onderhoud je contact met leveranciers en ondersteunt je eindgebruikers. Je stelt relevante gegevens en informatie beschikbaar en waarborgt de kwaliteit daarvan. Belangrijkste werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden: · Beheren en optimaliseren van applicaties Suites voor het Sociaal Domein (Werk & Inkomen) en de applicatie CAReL (Leerplicht-Onderwijs) binnen het sociaal domein. · Zorgdragen voor de kwaliteit van gegevens. · Analyseren en oplossen van incidenten en problemen. · Vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar technische oplossingen · Ondersteuning bij het gebruik van de applicaties. Taken: - Zorgdragen voor optimaal gebruik van informatiesystemen; - Instrueren en ondersteunen van gebruikers in het zelfstandig gebruik en bij wijzigingen of problemen in informatiesystemen; - Ondersteunen van het management in het vervaardigen van specifieke rapportage voor in- en externe belanghebbenden; - Regie voeren op kwaliteit van gegevens van één of meerdere basisregistraties en kernregistraties; - Beheren van de applicatiedocumentatie en deze actueel houden; - Signaleren en analyseren van ontwikkelingen en wijzigingen van/in informatiesystemen, en doen van voorstellen voor verbetering en vernieuwing op funct...
