Je gaat direct aan de slag als functioneel beheerder bij je opdrachtgever, maar daarnaast krijg je 1,5 jaar volop begeleiding door middel van onder andere trainingen en een persoonlijke coach. HIerdoor maak je echt een kickstart in jouw carrière! Wat ga je doen? In je rol als functioneel beheerder binnen het sociaal domein zorg je ervoor dat het systeem rondom werk en inkomen voor inwoners goed geregeld is en dat collega's hierop kunnen vertrouwen. De Suite Sociaal Domein is het systeem waarin alles samenkomt: van uitkeringsberekening tot het registreren van documenten en alle processen eromheen. Jij gaat dit systeem helemaal leren kennen en wordt hier een specialist in, zodat je collega's kan helpen bij hun problemen. Zo help je collega's dagelijks verder en zorg je er indirect voor dat inwoners hun uitkering goed en op tijd ontvangen. Jouw belangrijkste taken - Je beheert en optimaliseert de inrichting van het systeem. Ook zet je waar nodig gegevens recht in de database met SQL. - Je lost meldingen en vragen van gebruikers op en helpt collega's op weg met de applicatie. - Je denkt mee over hoe processen slimmer en makkelijker kunnen en pakt dit ook aan. - Je test en implementeert releases. - Je zoekt actief contact met keyusers om hun wensen te bespreken en eventuele wijzigingen door te voeren in het systeem. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt richting de leverancier.
