Jouw focus ligt hierbij op diverse systemen van Verzekeren. Je werkt dicht tegen de gebruikersorganisatie aan en zorgt voor een optimale gebruikerstevredenheid. Je kent alle ins- en outs van de mogelijkheden die de diverse systemen op dit moment en in de toekomst kan bieden en koppelt dit aan onze processen. Operationeel draag je vooral zorg voor de continuïteit van de dienstverlening door autorisatie aanvragen juist af te handelen en meldingen en uitval in de systemen op te lossen of door te zetten. Verder ondersteun je op de belangrijkste applicaties binnen het Verzekeren landschap. Ook heb je een verantwoordelijkheid in de operationele taken ten behoeve van een juiste inrichting van het Informatiebeveiligingbeleid (o.a. autorisatiebeheer en dataschoning). Wat je als Functioneel Beheerder Business support Verzekeren bij DELA doet… … om het maximale uit de applicatie te halen. Je werkt dicht tegen de operatie en met behulp van jouw expertise stel je onze gebruikers centraal en draag je (samen met collega's binnen het eigen team en collega's van IT) zorg voor: - het optimaal presteren van de applicatie in gebruik en resultaat - het helpen bij het borgen van continuïteit, functionaliteit en kwaliteit van de applicaties - regie over incidenten-, wijzigingen- en probleembeheer - beheren van autorisaties en gebruikersprofielen - de schakel zijn tussen gebruikers en IT in het vertalen van businesswensen naar de techniek en bij de implementatie van nieuwe function...
