Je werkt in het team Informatietechnologie, samen met ongeveer 30 collega's. Ook werk je veel samen met het team Informatiemanagement. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de wensen van de organisatie worden vertaald naar slimme digitale oplossingen. Met jouw technische kennis en creativiteit help je onze websites, digitale formulieren en Mijn Omgeving steeds beter te maken. Je denkt mee over het ontwerp, de werking, toegankelijkheid en gebruiksvriendelijkheid van deze onlinediensten. Je bent actief binnen de Open Webconcept (OWC) community en denkt mee over de toekomst van het platform. Hierbij gebruik je inzichten uit trends, data en ervaringen van gebruikers. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag werk je aan een gebruiksvriendelijke online omgeving voor ondernemers, de andere dag bouw je een veilig digitaal formulier. Ook zorg je ervoor dat onze websites voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving, zoals de Single Digital Gateway. Je hebt veel contact met collega's binnen de organisatie en met externe partners, waaronder de OWC community. Daarnaast help je gebruikers met vragen en los je technische problemen op als die zich voordoen. Wat ga je doen? - Je beheert en optimaliseert onze websites en digitale platformen, zoals Spotler, Publitas, SiteImprove en andere ondersteunende applicaties. Daarbij zorg je voor een stabiele, veilige en gebruiksvriendelijke digitale omgeving; - Je bouwt en beheert digitale formulieren, inclusief inlogmogelijkheden via DigiD en eHerkenning en zorgt dat processen goed zijn ingericht en voldoen aan kwaliteits- en toegankelijkheidseisen; - Je ondersteunt collega's en gebruikers met advies, trainingen en handleidingen, beheert gebruikersrechten en lost vragen en storingen snel op; - Je werkt samen met collega's, klanten en leveranciers, signaleert verbeterkansen en vertaalt deze naar...
