Als functioneel beheerder zorgtechnologie bij Argos Zorggroep zorg jij dat de technologie die onze zorgcollega's dagelijks gebruiken gewoon werkt. Een storing in een applicatie merkt iemand in de zorg direct op de werkvloer. Jij bent degene die het oplost, en die daarna kijkt hoe het de volgende keer beter kan. Onze belofte: - Technologie met effect: de applicaties die jij beheert ondersteunen de zorg voor ouderen op elf locaties en binnen vijf thuiszorgregio's in de regio Rotterdam-Rijnmond; - Ruimte om te verbeteren: je haalt wensen op bij gebruikers, doet verbetervoorstellen en bepaalt samen met het team de aanpak en volgorde van veranderingen; - Een werkweek die past: je werkt 28 - 36 uur per week, in overleg verdeeld over de dagen. Wat bieden wij jou? - Een jaarcontract van 28 - 36 uur per week met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Een mooi salaris volgens FWG schaal 45 CAO VVT van €2.981,98 tot €4.245,84 bij 36 uur (inschaling is afhankelijk van je ervaring en opleidingsniveau); - 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering , je kiest zelf of je dit maandelijks of in één keer ontvangt; - Onregelmatigheidstoeslag (ORT) van 22% tot 60% boven op je uurloon wanneer je 's avonds, 's nachts of in het weekend werkt; - Pensioenopbouw bij Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn ; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer ; - Via ons voordeelprogramma profiteer je aantrekkelijke regelingen op onder andere een fiets, telefoon of sportabonnement, makkelijk verdiend; - Veel aandacht voor jouw ontwikkeling via de Argos Academie , meer dan 300 online trainingen via GoodHabitz en ruimte voor externe scholing; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Argos Zorggroep.
