In deze functie kom je terecht in het hart van de financiële activiteiten, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het dagelijks beheer van terugkopen, arbitrages en waarderingen van fondsen. Als je een diploma in financiën hebt, een goed inzicht in de financiële markten en de IT-tools goed beheerst, willen we je graag ontmoeten! Beschrijving In het kader van uw functie bent u verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken: - Het afstemmen van de boekhoudsystemen, de orderverwerkingssystemen en de bankafschriften. - Het dagelijks beheer van terugkoop- en arbitrageverrichtingen, zowel op boekhoudkundig als op administratief vlak: - Het verwerken van nieuwe aanvragen voor gedeeltelijke terugkoop. - Het beheren van ALM's. - Het bijhouden van de waarderingen voor de interne speciale fondsen (FIC) en de gespecialiseerde verzekeringsfondsen (FAS). - Het bijhouden van de kasposities van de beheerde portefeuilles: - POCUS-portefeuilles. - Herallocatie van de FIC en FAS. - De in de kalender geplande uitkeringen afhandelen en herbeleggingen verwerken overeenkomstig de specificaties in de financiële bijlage. - De afsluitingen van bankrekeningen opvolgen: - Bepalen welke rekeningen moeten worden afgesloten. - Zorgen voor de coördinatie en het sturen van herinneringen naar de bewaarnemers. - De systemen bijwerken na het afsluiten van de rekeningen. - Het beleggingsteam ondersteunen bij: - Het opvolgen van handmatige orders. - Betalingen en leveringen via de bankplatforms. - Aanvragen voor online toegang. - Verwerke...
