  • Uitvoeren van schroefpalen- en funderingswerken met grond verdringende, trillingvrije technieken (schroefpalen).
  • Bedienen van machines en materieel voor paalfunderingen — zorgen voor correcte positionering en uitvoering volgens plan.
  • Voorbereiden van werf (uitzetten van palen, terrein klaarleggen, zorgen voor veilige werkomgeving).
  • Samenwerken met team: volgen van instructies van werfleider / ploegbaas, nauw samenwerken met collega’s op de werf.
  • Zorgen voor kwaliteitsvolle uitvoering — correcte fundering, nauwkeurigheid bij plaatsing en opvolging van technische richtlijnen.
  • Mogelijkheid tot meedraaien op diverse projecten: zowel woningbouw, renovatie als grotere (appartementen- of industriebouw).

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Ervaring met of affiniteit voor grond- / funderingswerken, bij voorkeur met palen of schroeftechnieken
  • Technisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid: je begrijpt plannen/tekeningen, kan uitmeten en werken volgens regels, zodat funderingen correct uitgevoerd worden.
  • Praktisch ingesteld en fysiek fit: je bent bereid om op de werf te werken, machines te bedienen en materiaal te hanteren.
  • Veiligheidsbewust en verantwoordelijk: je werkt veilig, houdt rekening met richtlijnen en draagt zorg voor een ordelijke werf.
  • Teamspeler, met goede communicatie en flexibiliteit — je werkt samen met collega’s en houdt contact met werfleider.
  • Flexibiliteit om te werken op verschillende werven en projecten (woningbouw, renovaties, grotere projecten).
  • Rijbewijs B (of relevant) en mobiliteit zijn een plus — handig voor verplaatsingen naar verschillende werven.
