Bij B&B Healthcare geloven we dat goed werk begint bij een omgeving waarin je je vak serieus kunt nemen, maar jezelf niet hoeft te verliezen in afstand, formele lagen of onnodige regels. We zijn een groeiende fysiotherapieorganisatie met meerdere locaties, maar willen vooral een werkgever zijn waar collega's elkaar kennen, makkelijk overleggen en samen kijken wat beter kan. Voor onze locaties in Den Haag zoeken we een algemeen fysiotherapeut die graag met een brede en diverse patiëntengroep werkt. Iemand die goed luistert, scherp kijkt en patiënten helpt om weer meer grip te krijgen op bewegen, belasting en herstel. Je behandelt mensen met uiteenlopende klachten. Van sportblessures en rug- of nekklachten tot chronische klachten, verminderde belastbaarheid of herstel na een operatie. Soms is de hulpvraag duidelijk. Soms moet je samen met de patiënt eerst goed uitzoeken wat er speelt. Juist daarin kun jij als fysiotherapeut het verschil maken. Wat ga je doen? Als algemeen fysiotherapeut behandel en begeleid je patiënten met verschillende klachten aan het bewegingsapparaat. Je onderzoekt wat er aan de hand is, maakt een passend behandelplan en blijft evalueren of de gekozen aanpak werkt. Je combineert actieve oefentherapie met duidelijke uitleg en praktische begeleiding. Je helpt patiënten begrijpen waar hun klacht vandaan kan komen, wat ze zelf kunnen doen en welke stappen nodig zijn om weer beter te functioneren. Geen standaardbehandelingen of automatische piloot, maar zorg die past bij de persoon, de klacht en het doel. De ene patiënt wil weer kunnen sporten, de ander wil zonder onzekerheid traplopen, werken, wandelen of dagelijkse activiteiten oppakken.
