We helpen onze patiënten om functiegerichte doelen te bereiken. Dat doen we met een positieve en doelgerichte aanpak, waarbij we altijd kijken naar wat wél mogelijk is. Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team waarin jouw expertise telt en je volop kunt leren van anderen. Je behandelt je eigen patiënten, maar bent ook van betekenis in de trajecten van collega's. Zo maken we samen het verschil, voor onze patiënten en voor elkaar. Als fysiotherapeut bij Pro-F, met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring, werk je zelfstandig binnen een multidisciplinair team, met een duidelijke focus op neurorevalidatie en artrose. Je behandelt patiënten met hulpvragen volgens onze holistische, criteria-gebaseerde werkwijze. Je voert diagnostiek en behandeling zelfstandig uit, stemt af met andere disciplines en draagt actief bij aan duurzame behandelresultaten. Daarbij is er veel ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen jouw specialisatie. Je bent niet alleen behandelaar, maar ontwikkelt je ook tot coach en verbinder: waarbij je kennis deelt met collega's, stagiaires begeleidt en mee helpt om onze zorg, processen en aanpak steeds te verbeteren. Profieleisen: - Je hebt affiniteit met patiënten met neurorevalidatie en artrose - Spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands, Engels is een pré - Enthousiast, ambitieus, zelfkennis en ontwikkelingsgerichte werkhouding - Je bent bereid om buiten kantoortijden te werken - Je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding Fysiotherapie en BIG geregistreerd - Minimaal ...
