Voor ons team zoeken we een fysiotherapeut die energie krijgt van patiënten met COPD en andere chronische aandoeningen. Iemand die verder kijkt dan alleen de klacht en samen met de patiënt werkt aan conditie, zelfvertrouwen, zelfstandigheid en kwaliteit van leven. Waarom kiezen voor ons? - Je staat er nooit alleen voor. We zijn een divers team van 20+ therapeuten uit verschillende disciplines. Je kunt direct sparren over een casus, samenwerken en van elkaar leren. - Je kunt het verschil maken in het leven van de patiënt. Wij geloven dat fysiotherapie meer is dan het behandelen van een klacht. Ieder lichaam en iedere patiënt is anders. Daarom maak je samen met de patiënt een persoonlijk behandelplan en werk je samen aan de gestelde doelen, bijvoorbeeld tijdens de medische fitness. Wie zoeken wij? Een fysiotherapeut (i.o.) met affiniteit met chronische zorg en COPD, voor ongeveer 16-32 uur per week. Uren en locatie gaan in overleg, er is ook ruimte voor meer of minder uren. Iemand die samen met de praktijk wil groeien en ontwikkelen, en samenwerkingskansen ziet en benut. Je bent nieuwsgierig, werkt zelfstandig en zoekt actief de samenwerking op wanneer een casus daarom vraagt. Wat ga je doen? - Je behandelt en begeleidt patiënten met chronische aandoeningen en stelt persoonlijke behandel- en beweegprogramma's op. - Je begeleidt groepen patiënten bij het verbeteren van hun conditie, kracht en belastbaarheid. - Je deelt je expertise binnen het multidisciplinaire team en tijdens netwerkbijeenkomsten, en zoekt actief de samenwerking met huisartsen en andere zorgprofessionals.
