De uren en dagen zijn in overleg bespreekbaar. Ben jij die enthousiaste fysiotherapeut die het leuk vindt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken, dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Werkplek Respect verleent zorg in Scheveningen en enkele wijken van Den Haag. Dat doen wij intramuraal bij onze vier eigen locaties en extramuraal bij mensen thuis. Binnen de extramurale zorg is er, door een toename in activiteiten, ruimte ontstaan voor een functie van 24-32 uur per week. Wat ga je doen? Bij Respect leggen we bij de extramurale zorg de nadruk op preventie; we willen voorkomen dat mensen in de toekomst (zware) zorg nodig hebben. Als fysiotherapeut kun jij in deze preventieve fase dus als veel betekenen, zoals signaleren van beginnende fysieke klachten, voorkomen van klachten en bevorderen van zelfredzaamheid. Je richt je in deze functie op fysiotherapeutische behandeling bij cliënten die nog thuis wonen, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat zij zorg op maat krijgen. Je geeft het zorg- en behandelteam advies over vakgerelateerde onderwerpen zoals transfer- en mobiliteitsvragen. Je wordt onderdeel van een multidisciplinair team wat - naast fysiotherapeuten - bestaat uit artsen, psychologen, ergotherapeuten, logopedisten en diëtisten. Ook word je onderdeel van de vakgroep en denk je mee over de invulling van de rol als fysio/oefentherapeut. Ook zorg je voor digitale verslaglegging in ONS-NEDAP, ons cliënten dossier.
