Fysiotherapeut team hersenletsel (NAH/CVA) Organisatie: Adelante Opleidingsniveau: HBO Dienstverband: Fulltime Type functie: Anders Reageer voor 15 oktober 2026 Adelante biedt ondersteuning aan volwassenen en kinderen die te maken hebben met de gevolgen van een ziekte, aangeboren aandoening of ongeval. Ruim 1.100 professionals verlenen zorg en onderwijs vanuit diverse locaties verspreid over heel Limburg. Cliënten kunnen terecht voor medisch specialistische revalidatie, gehoor-, taal- en spraakproblemen, speciaal onderwijs, medische kindzorg, sport en arbeidsrevalidatie. Adelante richt zich niet op de beperking maar op de mogelijkheden om door te kunnen gaan. Ons motto:haal het beste uit jezelf! Wat ga je doen? Als fysiotherapeut ben je werkzaam op onze locatie in Hoensbroek, binnen het team Hersenletsel. Je voert zelfstandig fysiotherapeutische onderzoeken en behandelingen uit bij de revalidanten, waarbij je ook oog hebt voor hun naasten en omgeving. Je behandelt de revalidanten zowel individueel als in groepsverband, waarbij je je communicatie en klinisch redeneren aanpast op het individuele niveau van de revalidant. Je werkt dagelijks samen met andere disciplines en neemt deel aan multi- en interdisciplinaire overleggen. Daarnaast denk je mee over de verdere professionalisering en innovatie van de revalidatiezorg. Jouw team Je komt te werken binnen de divisie Revalidatie Volwassenen in Hoensbroek, team Hersenletsel. Binnen team Hersenletsel zijn acht fysiotherapeuten werkzaam. Binnen het fysiotherapeutenteam heerst een collegiale werksfeer met een sterke focus op revaliderend werken, hart voor de cliënt en oog voor elkaar. Verder heb je nauw contact met collega's van andere disciplines zoals revalidatieartsen, verpleegkundigen, ergotherapeuten, psychologen, maatschappelijk werkers, logopedisten, fysiotherapie-assistenten, bewegingsagogen en cognitieve revalidatie therapeuten.
