Jouw werkzaamheden - Ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken van het V&G-beleid, inclusief RI&E, SCL-plan en calamiteitenprocedures - Uitvoeren van audits en veiligheidsinspecties - Coördineren van incidentonderzoeken en vertalen van bevindingen naar verbetermaatregelen - Adviseren van directie en management over trends, risico's en verbeterkansen - Organiseren van trainingen en kennisdeling om veiligheidsbewustzijn te vergroten - Opstellen van KPI-rapportages en analyses om de veiligheid continu te verbeteren - Zorgen dat veiligheid, arbo en bewust gedrag geïntegreerd zijn in de dagelijkse werkpraktijk Wie je bent (of wil worden): - HBO-diploma in Bouwkunde, Hogere Veiligheidskunde of vergelijkbare richting - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de bouw - Kennis van wet- en regelgeving, veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften - Ervaring met bouwprocesmanagement - In bezit van VCA-VOL en BHV-certificaat of bereid deze te behalen - Sterk in communicatie en coaching, met oog voor gedrag en draagvlakcreatie - Analytisch, digitaal vaardig en oplossingsgericht Functieoverzicht .
