Die Faassen-Gruppe (Teil der Bart Faassen Holding B.V.) besteht aus einer Produktions- und Handelsbaumschule, einem Landschaftsbauunternehmen . An vier Standorten (Tegelen, Beegden, Horst und Achtmaal) wird täglich an der Errichtung und Pflege von Grünanlagen auf lokaler Ebene bis hin zum europaweiten Verkauf von Pflanzenmaterial gearbeitet.

Faassen Plants ist ein Anbieter von kompletter und nachhaltiger Projektbepflanzung. Seit 1924 hat sich unser auf Forstpflanzen spezialisiertes Familienunternehmen zu einem zuverlässigen Lieferanten von Baumschulprodukten für Großhändler, Gärtner, Kommunen und Forstbetriebe im In- und Ausland entwickelt.

Wir suchen Verstärkung(m/w/d)in unserer Baumschule.

Wir können Verstärkung sowohl im Rodungsteam für Alleebäume als auch im Rodungsteam für Forstplantagen einsetzen.

Die Arbeit mit dem Rodungsteam für die Waldpflanzung besteht darin, 2- und 3-jährige Pflanzen mit nackten Wurzeln zu roden. Die Pflanzen werden nach Länge sortiert, gebündelt, gebunden und auf Paletten verladen, damit sie ins Lager nach Tegelen gebracht werden können. Die Grundstücke, auf denen gearbeitet wird, befinden sich in Belfeld und Reuver.

Die Arbeit des Rodungsteams für Alleebäume besteht darin, 3x verpflanzte Bäume und Sträucher zu roden. Mit einer Erntemaschine werden diese Bäume mit Ballen vom Boden entfernt, wonach der Ballen mit Jute und einem Korb versehen wird, um den Ballen zusammenzuhalten. Die Bäume werden dann mit einem Kran auf einen Traktorwagen verladen und nach Tegelen gefahren. Die Anbauflächen befinden sich in Tegelen, Belfeld und Reuver

Im Sommer besteht die Arbeit aus Jäten, Beschneiden, Binden und zusätzlichen Arbeiten, um die Gärtnerei und die Pflanzen in bestmöglichem Zustand zu halten.

Wir sind auf dem Weg zu PlanetProof zertifiziert und verwenden nur minimale Mengen an chemischen Pestiziden.

Kenntnisse oder Schulungen im Grünen sind kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
