Wir sind ein moderner, inhabergeführter Gartenbaubetrieb in Brunn am Gebirge, nähe Wien. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf der umweltgerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Produktion von Zier- und Saisonpflanzen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in unseren Gewächshäusern suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n engagierten 1 Gärtner:in / Facharbeiter:in im Produktionsgartenbau (m/w/d) Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

* Kulturführung: Sie betreuen die Pflanzenkulturen von der Vermehrung über das Topfen und Rücken bis hin zur Verkaufsreife.

* Klimaführung & Bewässerung: Sie steuern die automatischen Bewässerungs-, Düngungs- und Klimasysteme in den Gewächshäusern.

* Pflanzenschutz: Sie überwachen die Bestände, erkennen Schädlinge frühzeitig und setzen integrierten, biologischen Pflanzenschutz ein.

* Maschinenbedienung: Sie bedienen und pflegen moderne Produktionsmaschinen wie Topfmaschinen, Aussaatlinien und Logistiksysteme.

* Verkaufsvorbereitung: Sie kommissionieren, verpacken und zeichnen die Ware für den Versand an unsere Groß- und Fachhandelskunden aus.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Gärtner (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Produktionsgartenbau, Zierpflanzenbau, Gemüsebau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Erfahrung: Erste Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb ist von Vorteil, aber auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen.

* Fachwissen: Solide Kenntnisse in Pflanzenpflege, Düngung und modernem Pflanzenschutz.

* Arbeitsweise: Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und behalten auch in der saisonalen Hochphase den Überblick.

* Teamgeist & Flexibilität: Sie sind körperlich fit, wetterfest und bereit, während der Hauptsaison (Frühjahr) flexibel im Team mitanzupacken.

* Führerschein: Führerschein der Klasse B ist vom Vorteil, Staplerschein oder Klasse F/C sind ein Plus.

* Vergütung: Das Mindestentgelt basiert auf dem Kollektivvertrag für Arbeiter im Gartenbau und beträgt mindestens 2.312,22 EUR brutto/Monat. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation ausdrücklich möglich.
