Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte, herzliche und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit für unser Gästemanagement / unsere Rezeption. 2 Gäste Manager_in / Rezeptionist_in (m/w/d) Region Schladming-Dachstein & Salzkammergut ab 30 Stunden/Woche

Du bist ein Organisationstalent, arbeitest gerne selbstständig und findest auch dann eine Lösung, wenn einmal nicht alles nach Plan läuft? Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und möchtest dazu beitragen, unseren Gästen einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen?

¿ Deine Aufgaben

* Betreuung unserer Gäste vor, während und nach ihrem Aufenthalt

* Bearbeitung von Gästeanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und über unsere Buchungsportale

* Organisation und Koordination von An- und Abreisen

* Schnelle und lösungsorientierte Unterstützung bei Fragen oder Anliegen unserer Gäste

* Koordination und laufende Abstimmung mit Housekeeping und Haustechnik

* Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben

* Kontrolle unserer Ferienunterkünfte und Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards

* Selbstständiges Organisieren, Mitdenken und Koordinieren im täglichen Ablauf

¿¿¿ Das bringst du mit

* Du bist gastfreundlich, serviceorientiert und kommunikativ

* Du hast sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und arbeitest gerne selbstständig

* Du denkst lösungsorientiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung

* Du bist zuverlässig, flexibel und belastbar

* Auch wenn mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig passieren, behältst du den Überblick und bleibst freundlich ¿

* Du bist bereit, Wochenenddienste im Wechsel zu übernehmen

* gute EDV-kenntnisse, E-Mail und digitalen Anwendungen

* Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B ¿

* Erfahrung in Hotellerie, Tourismus oder Rezeption ist von Vorteil - aber kein Muss

Auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit Organisationstalent und Gastgeber-Mentalität sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!
