Als GAI Inspecteur ben je de expert op het gebied van bouwkundige zaken rondom elektriciteits- en gasstations in Overijssel. Je werkt nauw samen met je team in Zwolle, maar voert ook veel zelfstandig inspecties uit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de veiligheid en goede staat van de stations, die essentieel zijn voor de energievoorziening van miljoenen mensen. Je voert inspecties uit op zowel de gebouwen als de groenvoorziening en pakt calamiteitenmeldingen op. Daarnaast voer je GAI-inspecties en kleinschalige bouwkundige inspecties uit en houd je toezicht bij werkzaamheden van derden. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om adviezen duidelijk over te brengen. - Ervaring met asbestinventarisaties en -saneringen is een pre, evenals het bezit van een WVA-certificaat. - In het bezit van een VOL-VCA-certificaat en BEI en VIAG-aanwijzingen, zoals BEI-BHS THP, BEI-BLS THP en VIAG-THP. - Minimaal een MBO 4 diploma. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Teamspeler met een hoge kwaliteitsstandaard.
