Wat ga je doen? Als ervaren autotechnieker kom je terecht in een werkplaats waar jouw kennis en zelfstandigheid centraal staan. Je krijgt de ruimte om technische problemen zelf te analyseren, oplossingen te zoeken en herstellingen van A tot Z uit te voeren.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je voert onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan personenwagens en bestelwagens.
  • Je stelt zelfstandig diagnoses en spoort technische problemen op.
  • Je bepaalt zelf de juiste aanpak om een probleem efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Je voert zowel mechanische als technische herstellingen uit.
  • Je controleert je eigen werk en staat garant voor een kwalitatieve afwerking.
  • Je denkt mee over oplossingen bij complexere technische problemen.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's wanneer jouw ervaring van pas komt.
  • Je hebt waar nodig rechtstreeks contact met klanten.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiale garage waar ervaring, vertrouwen en een goede samenwerking centraal staan. De zaakvoerder en zijn _rouw zijn nauw betrokken bij de werking, maar geven hun medewerkers tegelijk de nodige zelfstandigheid.

Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's in een omgeving waar er ruimte is om je vak uit te oefenen op een manier die bij jou past

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als autotechnieker.
  • Je kan zelfstandig diagnoses stellen en herstellingen uitvoeren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je vindt het belangrijk om terecht te komen in een team waar ervaring wordt gewaardeerd.
