🛠️ Jouw dag als Garantie Medewerker

  • Beoordeling & Analyse: Je duikt in de dossiers om te bepalen of een claim terecht is en analyseert eventuele afwijkingen.
  • Communicatie: Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten, dealers en interne afdelingen om dossiers helder en professioneel af te stemmen.
  • Data & Rapportage: Je analyseert de warranty KPI’s en rapporteert hierover, zodat de kwaliteit gewaarborgd blijft.
  • Kennisbeheer: Je zorgt dat je continu op de hoogte bent van de nieuwste product- en applicatiewijzigingen.
  • Administratieve Flow: Je verwerkt claims nauwkeurig in de systemen en bewaakt hierbij de balans tussen kostenbeheer en een tevreden klant.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt een (elektro)technische basiskennis en begrijpt complexe technische documentatie.
  • Je bent administratief sterk, cijfermatig ingesteld en werkt uiterst nauwkeurig.
  • Ervaring binnen de automotive, leasing of garantie.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en Engels (kennis van Frans of Duits is een mooi pluspunt).
  • Je hebt een no-nonsense mentaliteit, bent stressbestendig en denkt altijd in oplossingen.
