Vaak kun je er ook auto's laten keuren, en ze bieden soms hulp bij de aankoop of verkoop van een via hen nagekeken tweedehandswagen. Persoonlijke service, een vertrouwelijke aanpak en direct contact met de vakman staan meestal centraal. Klanten kunnen rekenen op deskundig advies en oplossingen op maat.

  • Opstellen en behandelen van garantieaanvragen volgens de geldende procedures en richtlijnen.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met werkplaatsen en constructeurs met betrekking tot garantieclaims.
  • Administratief registreren, verwerken en opvolgen van garantiedossiers.
  • Beantwoorden en ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende vragen rond garantie.
  • Terugkerende garantieproblemen detecteren en verbeteringsvoorstellen formuleren.
  • Toezien op een correcte en volledige informatiestroom vanuit de werkplaats en waken over de naleving van de bijhorende processen.

  • Je bent analytisch en weet hoe een garantiedossier opgebouwd moet worden.
  • Enige auto technische ervaring is mooi meegenomen.
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kunt goed overweg met administratieve systemen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
