Saisonstelle - Wintersaison 2026/2027 in der gehobenen Hotellerie

¿ Beginn & Beschäftigungsausmaß

ab ca. 25.11.2026 bis ca. 02.05.2027 Vollzeit 6-Tage-Woche

¿ Tätigkeiten

* Eigenverantwortliche Führung des Gardemanger-Postens

* Zubereitung und Präsentation von kalten Vorspeisen, Salaten und kalten Platten

* Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Buffets im Rahmen der Halbpension

* Herstellung von Dressings, Dips und kalten Saucen

* Vorbereitung von Speisen und Beilagen für das Abendmenü

* Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Angebots der kalten Küche

* Durchführung der täglichen Mise en Place

* Fachgerechter Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Waren

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)

* Unterstützung des Küchenteams bei Bedarf

¿ Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch_Köchin oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

* Erfahrung auf dem Gardemanger-Posten von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und saubere Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Liebe zum Detail

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Der Stelle entsprechende Englischkenntnisse

* Speisen zubereiten (BIS-Kompetenz)
