Wir sind Komplettanbieter im Gartenbau und bieten neben der Beratung und Pflege auch die Umsetzung im Bereich Pflanzungen, Holzbau, Steinarbeiten, Einfriedungen, Bewässerungsanlagen, Teiche und Naturpools an. Wir sind seit über 10 Jahren vor allem im Privatkundenbereich sehr erfolgreich tätig und für unsere qualitativ hochwertige Arbeit in vielen Bereichen bekannt. Wir suchen für unser Team Verstärkung. 1 Gartenarbeiter_innen (ohne Lehrabschluss) wir bieten:

* Mindestentgelt lt. KV für die Stelle als GartenarbeiterIn (ohne Lehrabschluss) (brutto): 2.389,66 € zuzüglich eines Taggeldes von 10,50€ laut KV

* Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung bei guter Qualifikation und Motivation vorhanden

Über den Posten

Bei "absolut grün" ist der Gartenarbeiter der Motor des Unternehmens

Der Arbeitstag beginnt bei uns um 07:30 auf unserem Lagerplatz in Schwechat. Nach der Einteilung ist das für den Tag benötigte Werkzeug auf Anweisung des Partieführers auf die Fahrzeuge zu laden. Man fährt danach gemeinsam auf die Baustelle und erledigt dort gemeinsam tatkräftig die anfallenden Arbeiten. Wenn der Partieführer die Baustelle für den Tag beendet, fährt man wieder gemeinsam auf den Firmenstandort und beendet den Arbeitstag.

Vorraussetzungen

Wir suchen:

Hoch motivierte, lernbereite Mitarbeiter*innen

* Körperliche Belastungsfähigkeit

* Berufserfahrung: Gartenarbeiter*in von Vorteil

* Selbstständiges, sorgfältiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten

* Respektvoller und korrekter Umgang mit Kund*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen

* Deutschkenntnisse auf Konversationsniveau

* Führerschein B von Vorteil

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit branchenüblichen Maschinen (Kompaktlader, Bagger)
