Gasleidinginspecteur (SCIOS) - Velsen-Noord Solliciteren - Locatie: Velsen-Noord - Uren per week: 40 - Salarisindicatie: 75-100K - Professioneel niveau: HBO/WO - Assetmanagement lifecycle: Production&Maintenance - Soort dienstverband: Interim - Studierichting: Klimaattechniek / Installatietechniek - Functiegroep: Klimaattechniek / Installatietechniek - Functiegebied: Productie en Onderhoud Introductie De gasvoerende leidingen van Tata Steel IJmuiden voeden de stookinstallaties, koelen apparatuur en beschermen materialen - en met de overgang naar waterstof wordt dat leidingnet alleen maar bepalender voor de veiligheid en continuïteit van de site. Functie De Rol De gasdrukregelstations zijn het punt waar het leidingnet zijn werk doet: hier worden de condities geschapen waaronder installaties veilig en optimaal draaien. Als inspecteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inspecteren, controleren, onderhouden en rapporteren van die stations - afsluiters, filters, drukregelaars en beveiligingen - volgens de geldende normen, voorschriften en standaarden, waaronder SCIOS. Je bevindingen zijn geen formaliteit. Ze vormen de basis waarop technisch installatieverantwoordelijken gericht onderhoud (laten) uitvoeren, dus de kwaliteit en zorgvuldigheid van jouw rapportage bepalen mede of een afwijking op tijd wordt aangepakt of uitgroeit tot een storing. Je signaleert lekkages en afwijkingen, beslist zelfstandig over de uitvoeringskwaliteit van het werk, en bent voor installatieverantwoordelijken het aanspreekpunt bij technisch-inhoudelijke vragen. Daarnaast assisteer je bij onderhouds-, revisie- en inspectiewerkzaamheden, ondersteun je bij het opstarten, stoppen en omschakelen van installaties, en draai je mee in een consignatiedienst voor storingen. Met dat werk draag je niet alleen bij aan de veiligheid en continuïteit van de gasvoorziening, maar ook aan de eisen die de overheid aan Tata Steel stelt op het gebied van veiligheid en milie...
