Gastheer / Gastvrouw bediening (18 uur) Functieomschrijving Werken bij De Horecamannen | Staatsman Bij Grand Café Staatsman draait het om aandacht. Voor het prachtige pand, voor goed eten en drinken, maar vooral voor onze gasten. Voor Staatsman zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Gastheer of Gastvrouw voor de avonden. Iemand die weet hoe je gasten een fijne avond bezorgt, gevoel heeft voor service en met plezier op de vloer staat. Je werkt voornamelijk op donderdag, vrijdag en zaterdagavond en bent tijdens het diner hét aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten. Van het ontvangen van gasten tot het adviseren over de menukaart en wijn: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles klopt en dat gasten zich echt welkom voelen. Wat ga je doen? Tijdens het diner houd jij de vloer goed in de gaten en zorg je dat onze gasten niets tekortkomen. - Je ontvangt gasten en zorgt voor een warm welkom. - Je hebt oog voor detail en voelt aan wat een gast nodig heeft. - Je adviseert over gerechten, wijnen en wijn-spijscombinaties. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en uitstraling van de service. - Je werkt actief mee op de vloer en zorgt samen met je collega's dat het diner soepel verloopt. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken vooral iemand die ervaring heeft in de bediening en begrijpt wat goede gastvrijheid betekent. Je: - hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de horeca en op de werkvloer; - hebt goede kennis van wijn of wilt je hierin verder verdiepen; - vindt het leuk om gasten persoonlijk te adviseren; - hebt gevoel voor service, sfeer en kwaliteit; - ziet wat er op de vloer gebeurt en wacht niet af; - bent representatief en communicatief sterk; Wat bieden wij? - Een parttime functie van ongeveer 3 avonden in de week; - salaris conform CAO Horeca; - werken op een bijzondere locatie in het centrum van Zwolle; - een betrokken team en korte lijnen; - ruimte om je kennis van wijn en gastvrijheid verder te ontwikkelen; Iets voor jou?
