Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Gastvrouw/Gastheer voor een verzorgingstehuis. In deze rol ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor zowel de bewoners als de opdrachtgever op het gebied van eten en drinken. Je zorgt ervoor dat de maaltijden niet alleen smakelijk zijn, maar ook op een warme en uitnodigende manier worden geserveerd.

Wat ga je doen?

- Maaltijden en Gerechten: Je verzorgt de maaltijden en gerechten en bent het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met eten en drinken te maken heeft. - Goederen Ontvangen: Je ontvangt en controleert de geleverde goederen, zodat alles in topconditie is. - Voorbereidend Werk: Je verricht voorbereidende werkzaamheden zoals wassen, snijden, (voor)koken, mengen en roeren. - Kwaliteitsbeoordeling: Je beoordeelt de kwaliteit van de producten op versheid en houdbaarheid. - Maaltijden Klaarmaken: Je maakt de maaltijden klaar voor portionering en controleert of alles voldoet aan de presentatie-eisen. - Serveren: Je serveert de maaltijden met de juiste benadering naar de bewoners toe, zodat zij zich altijd welkom voelen. - Opruimen: Je verricht opruim- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden om de keuken en eetruimtes netjes te houden.

- Je hebt minimaal MBO 3-werk en denkniveau; - Je bent een dienstverlener; - Je kunt zelfstandig werken; - Beschikbaar door de weeks en in het weekend - Je hebt ervaring met het bereiden van eten voor groepen; - Je vindt het leuk om volgens uitgekiende recepten het eten te bereiden; - Je kunt werken volgens HACCP voorschriften; - Je kunt je verplaatsten in ouderen met een beperking; - Je bent kritisch, probleemoplossend en kwaliteitsgericht ingesteld; - Je ziet kansen en knelpunten waar je actief op reageert; - Je hebt overtuigingskracht en bent vasthoudend.
