Leidenschaft Gastgeber sind. Du besuchst Hotels, Restaurants und Gemeinschaftsverpflegungen, hörst zu, verstehst ihre Bedürfnisse und findest die passenden Lösungen für ihren Erfolg.

Dabei pflegst du bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und gewinnst neue Kunden für Wedl. Du planst deine Kundentermine eigenständig, analysierst Sortimente, erkennst Potenziale und entwickelst individuelle Konzepte. Auch hinter den Kulissen sorgst du mit einer guten Vorbereitung, professioneller Nachbearbeitung und einem strukturierten

Forderungsmanagement für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit. Mit deinem Engagement stellst du sicher, dass sich unsere Kunden bestens betreut fühlen und Wedl als starken und verlässlichen Partner erleben.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Beratung und Betreuung bestehender Kunden aus der Hotellerie, Gastronomie und Gemeinschaftsverpflegung

- Akquirierung von Neukunden

- Administrativen Aufgaben, wie Tourenplanung, Besuchsvorbereitung, Sortimentsanalysen

und Forderungsmanagement

- Sicherstellung und Optimierung aller kundenbezogenen Prozesse

Dein Profil:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Außendienst, idealerweise mit fundierten Kenntnissen aus der Lebensmittelbranche

- Gutes Netzwerk in der Hotellerie und Gastronomie

- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

- Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität

- Serviceorientiertheit und gutes Auftreten

Selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit

- Führerschein B
