De meeste bewoners functioneren op een zeer laag niveau, vergelijkbaar met het ontwikkelingsniveau van een baby. Communicatie via spraak is niet mogelijk maar contact, nabijheid en warmte zijn dat des te meer. Uitgebreide taakomschrijving Hartenkoning 1 staat bekend als een warm bad: een huis met een liefdevolle sfeer en een stabiel, bevlogen team dat met hart en ziel werkt voor de bewoners. Als vrijwilliger word je hier écht gezien en gewaardeerd. Als gastvrouw bied je rust, aandacht en een warm welkom in de woning. Je ondersteunt het team door: • aanwezig te zijn in de huiskamer • koffie of thee te schenken • een rustige sfeer te creëren • kleine, liefdevolle momenten te delen met bewoners • licht huishoudelijke of ondersteunende taken op te pakken Wat voor kennis of vaardigheden zijn nodig? Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben met deze doelgroep. Een zachte benadering, geduld en warmte zijn het belangrijkst. Wat maakt het werk de moeite waard voor de vrijwilliger? Omdat het werk zonder haast is. Omdat kleine momenten hier groot kunnen voelen. En omdat het bijzonder is om te ervaren hoeveel je kunt betekenen door simpelweg aandacht, rust en warmte te bieden. Wat zijn de werktijden? Bij voorkeur op maandag en/of dinsdag, vanaf 08.30/09.00 uur. Een vast tijdsblok is fijn, maar we denken graag met je mee. Biedt de organisatie scholing aan?
