Gastvrouw of gastheer Samenwerken aan nog betere zorg? Kom dan ons team versterken! Als gastvrouw of gastheer ben je ons visitekaartje. Je ontvangt collega's, bezoekers en leveranciers opgewekt en professioneel. Daarnaast voer je ook facilitaire werkzaamheden uit. Wij zoeken iemand die het leuk vindt om grotendeels 's avonds te werken. In totaal werk je 24 uur per week, waarvan 14 uur in de avond. Van maandag tot en met donderdag van 17:00 - 20:30 uur. De overige 10 uur delen we in overleg met jou flexibel in. Samen met vijf collega's - drie gastvrouwen, een facilitair medewerker en een teammanager - zorg je voor ons moderne kantoorgebouw. Hier werken zo'n 250 medewerkers. Tijdens jouw werk 's avonds ontvang je bezoekers en collega's die een avondvergadering hebben. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de collega's de volgende dag weer prettig aan het werk kunnen door bijvoorbeeld de vergaderzalen klaar te maken en de koffieautomaten bij te vullen. Samen met het schoonmaakteam sluit je het gebouw af. Overdag beantwoord je klantvriendelijk de telefoon. Je weet naar wie je iemand kan doorverbinden of neemt de vraag aan en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging. Ook registreer je bezoekers en zorg je voor bezoekerspassen. De reservering van vergaderzalen en de coördinatie van de reserveringen behoort ook tot jouw taken. Wat breng jij mee? - MBO werk- en denkniveau, liefst in een administratieve of dienstverlenende richting - Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in een receptie-, frontoffice- of klantcontactfunctie - De Nederlandse taal beheers je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk goed - Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) en bij voorkeur met een reserverings- of bezoekersregistratiesysteem - Je bent representatief, proactief en daadkrachtig - Je hebt een BHV-certificaat (eventueel kun je dit via ZN behalen) Wat bieden wij jou? - Een modern kantoor in het groen - Een leuke, afwisselende baan in een kleine en gemoedelijke organisa...
