Jij bent als gastvrouw of gastheer hét gezicht en eerste aanspreekpunt van zorgcentrum Pius. Je ontvangt bewoners en gasten en staat hen te woord en je hebt met een gezellig praatje aandacht voor iedere bewoner persoonlijk. Je beantwoordt op een nette en vriendelijke manier de telefoon en verbindt zo nodig door. Daarnaast ondersteun je medewerkers welzijn bij activiteiten. . Tijdens de eetmomenten help je bij het serveren en afruimen. Ten slotte verricht je licht administratieve werkzaamheden en bedien je de alarmcentrale bij calamiteiten.
