Als gastvrouw ben jij hét gezicht van ons inspiratiecentrum en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor iedere gast die binnenstapt. Met jouw warme uitstraling en oog voor detail zorg je voor een professionele, high-end klantbeleving waarbij bezoekers zich direct welkom en op hun gemak voelen. Jij begrijpt dat gastvrijheid verder gaat dan alleen een glimlach: het zit in aandacht, in kleine gebaren en in het vermogen om behoeften te herkennen nog voordat ze worden uitgesproken. Je ontvangt gasten hartelijk, biedt hen een drankje en iets lekkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat het inspiratiecentrum er altijd verzorgd en representatief uitziet. Proactief anticipeer je op binnenkomende bezoekers en speel je soepel in op hun wensen. Dankzij jouw achtergrond in hospitality signaleer je moeiteloos vragen en behoeften, die je vervolgens uitzet bij de juiste afdeling zodat iedere bezoeker optimaal wordt geholpen. Ook ondersteun je bij de organisatie en ontvangst van kopersinformatie-events en andere commerciële bijeenkomsten, waarbij jouw gevoel voor service en organisatie bijdraagt aan een vlekkeloze uitvoering. In deze rol ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen bezoeker en organisatie, en maak jij elke ontmoeting tot een positieve ervaring.
