Voor een woonzorglocatie in Culemborg zoeken wij een betrokken Gastvrouw Plus met ervaring in ADL-zorg. Je combineert persoonlijke verzorging met het creëren van een prettige en vertrouwde leefomgeving voor ouderen met dementie. - Culemborg - 24 - 32 uur - €2.488,00 - €3.064,00 per maand - Ouderenzorg - Via ons naar een vaste baan Hoe maak jij het verschil? Wat ga je doen? Als Gastvrouw Plus werk je op een kleinschalige woonzorglocatie waar 32 bewoners met dementie wonen, verdeeld over twee woonlagen. Iedere woonlaag bestaat uit twee groepen van acht bewoners. Je werkt samen met zorgcollega's en gastvrouwen, waardoor je er nooit alleen voor staat. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen bij ADL, zoals wassen, aankleden en toiletgang. - Bewoners begeleiden bij hun dagelijkse routine. - Helpen bij maaltijden en dagelijkse activiteiten. - Zorgen voor een warme, huiselijke en veilige leefomgeving. - Veranderingen in het welzijn van bewoners signaleren. - Samenwerken met collega's om bewoners passende zorg en aandacht te bieden. Wat verwachten wij van jou? Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met ADL-werkzaamheden. - Je hebt affiniteit met ouderen met dementie. - Je bent zorgzaam, geduldig en kunt zelfstandig werken. - Je vindt het prettig om in een kleinschalige woonomgeving te werken. - Een diploma Helpende is welkom, maar niet noodzakelijk wanneer je voldoende relevante ADL-ervaring hebt.
