Zur Erweiterung unseres motivierten Teams suchen wir eine/n 1 Gebäudetechniker_in Dein Aufgabenbereich:

* Betreuung und regelmäßige Wartung der Gebäude, Haustechnik und Anlagen an mehreren Standorten

* Enge Abstimmung und Koordination mit internen Anspruchsgruppen (Führungskräften und zentrales FM), sowie externen Partner_innen - strategisch, lösungsorientiert und auf Augenhöhe

* Mitverantwortung für Sicherheit, Normen und Arbeitnehmer*innenschutz

* Übernahme der Brandschutzverantwortung

* Selbstständige Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und handwerklicher Arbeiten vor Ort

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung (HTL, Gebäudetechnik, HKLS, Elektrotechnik o. Ä.)

* Idealerweise mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung zum*r Brandschutzbeauftragten oder auch die Bereitschaft diese Ausbildung zu absolvieren

* Handwerkliches Geschick, ein Blick fürs Wesentliche und Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten

* Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools sowie Organisationsgeschick

* Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Interesse an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technik und Organisation

* Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und lösungsorientiertes Denken
