Wir suchen ehestmöglich 1 Gebäudetechniker_in Schwerpunkt HKLS 38 Wochenstunden

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen

* Betreiben und Instandhalten haus- und sicherheitstechnischer Anlagen mit Schwerpunkt Elektro-, Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Klima- und Lüftungstechnik

* Fehleranalyse sowie selbstständige Störungsbehebung an technischen Anlagen, Steuerungen und gebäudetechnischen Systemen

* Durchführung von Inspektionsrundgängen, Wartungen sowie Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten

* Begleitung und Kontrolle von Fremdfirmen sowie Durchführung von Abnahmen

* Unterstützung des Veranstaltungsbetriebs, Betreuung der Dienstwohnungen sowie Dokumentation und Berichtswesen

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Praxiserfahrung im Bereich HKLS bzw. als HKLS-Installateur:in oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung

* Erfahrung in Betrieb, Wartung und Störungsbehebung von haus- und gebäudetechnischen Anlagen, insbesondere Elektro-, Sanitär- und Lüftungstechnik

* Übergreifende Fachkenntnisse in der Haustechnik und im Bereich Gebäudeleittechnik

* Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und MS-Office

* Bereitschaft zu Schicht-, Wochenend- und Bereitschaftsdienst sowie flexibler Arbeitsweise

* Ordentliches Auftreten, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein B
