Deine Aufgaben

* Durchführung von Inspektionen-, Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an technischen Anlagen

* Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in verschiedenen gebäudetechnischen Bereichen

* Rasche Bearbeitung und Umsetzung von Reklamationen und Serviceanforderungen

* Dokumentation aller Wartungs- und Serviceleistungen (Protokolle, Service-Scheine)

* Befundung technischer Anlagen und Ableitung notwendiger Maßnahmen

* Rufbereitschaft im Bedarfsfall

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektrotechnik, HKLS, Mechatronik; Lehrabschluss, Werkmeister, Fachschule oder HTL)

* Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln wie Smartphone, Tablet und modernen digitalen Tools

* Führerschein B sowie Fahrpraxis

* Einwandfreies Leumundszeugnis
