Vollzeit, 40 Wochenstunden Dienstort: Klagenfurt

ab EUR 2.638,89 brutto/Monat

Ihre neue Aufgabe:

+ Instandhaltung unserer Gebäude und technischen Anlagen

+ Durchführung und Dokumentation von Wartungen

+ Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen

+ Abstimmung mit Fachplaner:innen und Architekt:innen

+ Einholung und Prüfung von Angeboten

+ Vergabe, Koordination und Kontrolle externer Arbeiten

+ Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partner:innen

Ihr Profil:

+ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf bzw. einer technischen Fachschule,

vorzugsweise Elektrotechnik, HKLS oder Bau

+ Werkmeister-, Meister- oder Polierausbildung von Vorteil

+ Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik

+ Erfahrung mit Elektrotechnik, HKLS und Baunebengewerken

+ Handwerkliches Geschick und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis

+ Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

+ Gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit

+ Führerschein B

+ Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zur Arbeit mit digitalen Tools

+ Bereitschaft, in unseren Dienststellen in ganz Kärnten tätig zu sein
