Voor onze regio Assen zoeken we een betrokken en inspirerende Gebiedsmanager die samen met onze teams van dagbesteding en ambulante begeleiding verder wil bouwen aan onze dienstverlening. Scauting Coaching & Detachering begeleidt sinds 2015 normaal tot hoogbegaafde mensen met autisme bij wonen, werken en leren. Dat doen we vanuit vier locaties en elf ambulante teams, samen met zo'n 150 enthousiaste collega's in Noord-Nederland. Bij Scauting draait het om onze cliënten, hun talenten en hun mogelijkheden. We kijken niet alleen naar wat iemand nodig heeft, maar vooral ook naar wat iemand kan en waar iemand naartoe wil. Oprecht Persoonlijke Aandacht (OPA): Dat is waar we voor staan! Oprecht Persoonlijke Aandacht is niet alleen iets wat we onze cliënten bieden. Het is ook de manier waarop we met elkaar samenwerken. Als gebiedsmanager geef je leiding aan ongeveer 28 collega's binnen de dagbesteding en ambulante begeleiding en daarnaast vervul je gebied overstijgende taken.
