De functie Als Gebiedsmanager Combi-infrastructuur coördineer je infrastructurele projecten en combiwerken voor elektra en water in Gelderland-Zuid. Je werkt tactisch en operationeel samen met netbeheerders, aannemers en andere contractpartijen, stuurt een team van circa vijf Combi Projectleiders aan en bewaakt prestaties, jaarplan en begroting. Je stelt gebiedsplannen op, begeleidt uitvoeringsprojecten en draagt bij aan continu verbeteren binnen de ondergrondse infra. Jouw taken - Leid aanvragen in goede banen door aansluitingen volgens afspraak en verwachting van de klant te realiseren. - Werk tactisch en operationeel samen met contractpartijen, waaronder netwerkbedrijven en aannemers, en jaag samenwerking en continu verbeteren aan. - Stuur het team van Combi Projectleiders aan, circa 5 fte. - Realiseer prestaties in overeenstemming met het jaarplan en de jaarbegroting. - Stel een gebiedsplan op als input voor het jaarplan en stel dit bij op basis van prognoses. - Realiseer uitvoeringsprojecten die via de werkgroepen P&S of ABCD worden ontvangen, in samenwerking met contractpartijen. - Neem het voortouw in de operationalisering van nieuwe aannemers in de periode 2027/2028. - Pleeg waar nodig interventies en escaleer in voorkomende gevallen zakelijk en feitelijk. Wij vragen - Minimaal anderhalf jaar ervaring met operationele afdelingen van netbeheerders voor elektra en water, inclusief ontwerp en aanleg van kabels en leidingen, en met aannemers in de infrastructuur. - Minimaal HBO opleidingsniveau. - Ervaring met het management van operationele teams is gewenst. - Uitgebreide ervaring met netwerkbedrijven en operationeel management is gewenst. - Bij voorkeur heb je eerdere ervaring met Combi-werk.
