Gebiedsontwikkelaar Hilversum Functie omschrijving Multicraft is op zoek naar een Gebiedsontwikkelaar voor in de regio Het Gooi (Hilversum). - Adviseren op het gebied van technische planontwikkeling; - Verantwoordelijk voor de voortgang van gebiedsontwikkelingen, inclusief alle bijbehorende onderdelen zoals het sluiten van overeenkomsten, stedenbouw, architectuur, aansturing van adviseurs, participatiesessies en de volledige verkoopbegeleiding richting externe makelaars en interne koper begeleiding; - Acquisitie van ontwikkellocaties, begeleiden van verwevingen en deelnemen aan tenders; - Opstellen van stichtingskostenopzetten en haalbaarheidsstudies; - Risico's binnen projecten identificeren, analyseren en beheersen; - Proactief kansen signaleren en benutten; - Plannen, coördineren en organiseren van werkzaamheden binnen ontwikkeltrajecten; - Beheren en waarborgen van een effectieve informatiestroom tussen alle betrokken partijen. Functie eisen - Ervaring met grondgebonden en hoogbouw woonprojecten (ontwikkeling t/m realisatie); - Afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding richting Bouwkunde of Bouwtechnische bedrijfskunde; - Goede bouwkundige (detail-)kennis (o.a. bouwbesluit, gasloos bouwen, luchtdicht bouwen etc.); - Ervaring met gietbouwsystemen; - Organisatorisch sterk en je kan goed prioriteiten stellen; - Uitstekende communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden; - Geen 9-5 mentaliteit; - Sturen op GOTIK aspecten, incl. risico's en kansen!
